Seasonal | $2,600.00 based on 6 month occupancy (May1 - Oct 31), includes water, sewer and trash, plus electric (metered) and cable ($25.00/month), if unit remains on-site year-round it must be skirted. |

Storage | $45.00 per month. For ease of access storage of trailers, boats or cars is available on the property. |
All of the above rates include water and sewer hookups and are based on two people per space. Additional guests will be charged $3.00 per person per night. .
Electric is based on actual usage, based on monthly meter readings. You are charged on your actual KW (kilowatt-hour) usage. Our electric provider is APS.
Rent is based on 6-month occupancy for Seasonal residents, payable at the beginning of residency.
Seasonal residents are those who leave their unit on their space year-round. Your rent starts the day you place your unit on the lot. If not paid within 10 days, a late fee of 10% will apply.
Wi-Fi: We have cable high speed wireless Internet service provided by Cable One. Currently the wireless Internet signal only reaches out approximately 150 ft. from the office. For those guests that are in locations with a poor signal, you may use your laptop at either the library or game room.
